The President of the National Association of Nigeria Unions in Italy, NUNAI, Mr Rowland Ndukuba disclosed this to AfroLife in a chat. he noted that this was a “special collaboration” between Apple Incorporated and the Nigerian Community.
Ndukuba, the initiator of the programme, described the initiative as “unprecedented opportunity” stated that about 136 Nigerians have so far registered for the programme.
Dr Helen Momoh, the facilitator of the “Get to know Apple Project,” told AfroLife that every interested member of the community should apply irrespective of educational qualifications, noting however that a knowledge of the Italian language is mandatory.
Momoh, a Human Resource Personnel, said successful candidates would be deployed to Apple operations across the country while those who are unsuccessful would have their resume in the company’s data bank for future engagement.
