AfroLife which had been tracking Igbeare’s rise over the decade reports that he started humbly coaching Forli youth team in the Italian Serie D and Pesaro in C.

From that humble beginnings Igbeare has gone on to coach youth teams of Serie A – Crotone, Empoli, and Bologna and Juventus academies respectively. He has also won titles with these teams.

In their build up to the World Cup since the arrival of Igbeare, Tajikistan played out 2-2 draw with Indonesia. As at press time, the team was preparing to take on the West African World Cup bound nation of Mali in another warm up game.

Giuseppe Igbeare whose mother is an Italian retired teacher, played football himself but had to hang up his boots early in his career due to injuries.
